Definitely worth buying - It is just a bit short in the length (toe right up there) for the size (including compared to other Sofft shoes I own) but not to point of prohibiting wearing. Otherwise, a very comfortable shoe needing minimal 'breaking in' - nicely cushioned - well-made - and attractive on.
Definitely a racer - This shoe looks fast and unique- I bought it as a neutral trainer but after 50 miles the cushioning flattened out. This didn't surprise me after I looked at the amount of EVA on the bottom of the shoe (not enough). The heel also felt a little unstable- I'm guessing because of the same issues. I have loved Saucony as they fit my feet well, but there were too many negatives to this shoe for me to buy it again.

Decent Shoe - I was looking for a decent cross-trainer, and this shoe fits the bill. It's a "decent" cross-trainer. That is, it keeps my feet from sliding side-to-side when I jump side-to-side. The liner for the foot bed, I don't know what it's called, but it is completely flat. I think to make these shoes worthwhile, I'm going to have to pull those out and buy some "performance" shoe liners. I did injure my plantar fascia trying to jog in these, so I would caution against doing anything BUT cross-training in them, at least without a new liner. I have an average heel, and this shoe is wide in the heel, so maybe that had something to do with it. The upper is stiff, good-quality leather, to make it last, be sure to loosen the laces completely after use. They are also a little dorky looking, not completely fashionable. I can sometimes wear a 12, but the 13 was definitely the right size. New Balance is a good brand, and this shoe performed adequately, it just left me with an "eh" feeling, not like I'd bought the best shoes in the world.
DC Villain - Nothing wrong except the engraved logos on the top start to fade away. But overall a great shoe. Very comfortable.
