A bit big... I returned these because they were kind of baggy on my feet...I think they were okay length-wise, but seemed to not quite look right (I ordered an 11 and can wear between a 10 and 11 depending on the style...). Also, they did not appear supportive enough for a full day of walking (which is what I wanted them for!). The insole is very comfy on your foot though. If I wanted a shoe for just casual wear and minimal walking, I'd try this in a smaller size.
