But, if you're a first-time Keen buyer, you will be happy. This boot is very roomy, which I love, and unlike other Keen styles, you should not order a size up. I usually wear an 8 in Keens, but I had to send those back and I ended up with a 7. The fit of these is just not like the old Keen boots. There's some heel slippage because your foot doesn't stay in place as well, and the tops are unlined and stiff. I cannot walk for miles in these like I could in the Sonoma or can in the Presidio. Oh, for the days of the Sonomas, so soft and so comfortable.
